Georgia Law????

Hey guys,

I've been in the Lawncare business now for 2 years, things are going good but I want to start a new chemical service for my clients in 2009.

They tell me that its a Georgia state law in which, I cant fertize nor pre-emerge or weed control any homes which I already service (cut/mow).

I know I need a license but have any of you heard of such a law in GA?

I think that kind of law is similar in many states. I bet you could look up on your state website and they would give you the info on what you need to take the test.
