Lawn Maintenance Program for Illinois

This is my first year in the lawn care industry. Things grew like crazy. I have the mowing down but I do have some customers who are interested in more maintenance as far as fertilizing, weed control and that sort of thing. Can someone familiar with Illinois please advise me what a good program is. Is now the time for fertilizing or winterizing. What program do you use throughout the year as far as what you apply and when.

Where do you buy your local supplies for that? I think Lesco offers advice on creating such programs and other suppliers should be able to help you as well.
