Change and dispose oil
Replace spark plug
Clean the under carriage
Sharpen and balance blades
Spot paint bare metal

I have been checking out craigslist and have been seeing more and more lawn mower repair service posts. Especially now for winterization services.

Here is a post I saw that might give you further ideas.

Lawn Mower Tune-Up and Repair Service

In addition to Lawn mower tune-ups and repairs, we can also winterize your mower. We also offer tune-ups and repairs on all 2 & 4 cycle engines including Leaf Blowers and Snow Blowers.
