I have a z425 48 in john deere mower ,and the middle blade is cutting lower than the two side ones. I took the spindle off and check the barrings they seem to be ok, any suggetions be appreciated

Take off the blade.. I think your blade is twisted.
It happens alot to me. I hit rocks and they tend to twist.
What I usually do is put the 2 blades together and you can tell if it's twisted/bent

also checkthe deck where the spindle mounts it could also be twisted or bent.
be sure to look verey closely, it does'nt take much.
