email update subscriptions

I must have set something in the options where I get daily update emails of when posts are made and in which threads.

Does anyone else get this? Do you like the option or is it a pain in the butt?

it is an option, i set it up for certain threads and get them, but only the ones that i follow. you can turn them off. I like having the option for it if i am following certain threads.
