Do celebrity endorsements help sell mowers?

What kind of effect do you feel these celebrities bring to mowers and mower sales?

How have these ads effected your buying decisions?

I've seen the Tank ad, I had to read it over because I'm an R. Lee Ermey fan. So it attracted my attention but I'm not going to buy the mower because he's on there. I demo'd almost every brand mower in my area last year and I'll go with the best cut and the best engineerd (in my eyes) mower.

I think that it might draw more people to read or look at that product, but I won't buy a product just because celebrity endorses it
