Have you ever thought about building a house? That must be some amazing experience.
I have seen many log cabin structures and they have always amazed me.
Can you imagine putting together a structure like this? I bet it would be very difficult to regulate the temperature but it looks like it would be a blast to hang out at.

This would be a fantastic dining room. I like the low ceiling with the timbers visible in the ceiling.

I like this balcony on the 2nd floor. This is something you don't often see in home architecture. Balconies can really make the home more enjoyable.

Here is another design I liked from this site (http://www.loghomesnetwork.com/Floor_Plans_Search_Results.aspx?p_PageAlias=FloorP lansSearchResults&size=3).
The house design is called Preston Woods.

Just what I'm looking for! In ten years this is what I want to move into and be there the rest of my life, but it hsa to be DEEP in the woods somewhere here in Kentucky.

Ditto, Tim! ... only I want to stay here in Georgia... lol
These have always amazed me, too, Steve... I LOVE the ones that look so rustic on the outside, but are elaborate and modernesque on the inside! Love love love them!
