In a recent Lawn and Landscape survey, they found the average pay for:

Entry-level mower operator $8.31
Entry-level spray technician $10.08
Foreman $13.02


How do these rates compare with yours?

$12 for a forman, they can advance higher if they stick around. Also with the more pay come more duties and responcability.

The rest is pretty close.
