This is an interesting franchise idea. Parmasters.

Parmasters is an indoor golf training center.

I guess if you are really into golf and you have a few dollars saved up, this might be a franchise for you.

This isn't a cheap franchise to get involved with.

Revenue Projections (http://www.parmastersfranchise.com/regional_franchise_revenue.html):

Quote[/b] ]#4 Thoughts On Revenue Projections for a Parmasters Regional Sports Franchise

It has been our experience that too many sports franchises are bought on false financial hopes created from unsubstantiated financial proformas.

We think this is wrong.

Any business has risks and rewards. We believe our system and its inherent financial advantages help to increase the odds of success. However hard work and effort will ultimately determine a given locations specific results. As a result we do not provide any financial predictions, guesses, or proformas for our sports franchise. If you qualify, we will provide more details so that you may develop your own proformas.

I don't like this one bit. If they can't give me an idea what other franchisee's are making or some ideas then this is worthless to me. What's your view?
