Here is something we have been working on, this is one part of the job. As you can see in the picture it was getting late...lol but thats what headlights are for.

4'x12', two sides, two colors.

Very nice!

Is that a permanent sign? Is it lighted? What kind of base do you use for that? Concrete?

Yes its permanent. No not lighted.
yes, concrete holds the post which hold the rest of the sign.
