When I read the book on how Nike was created. One of the things they kept saying was that the core staff defined themselves as 'hard core unemployable." I loved that statement because I think thats part of the drive that pushes people to succeed.

What's your take on this? Do you find that you are hard-core unemployable? Do you think that is a common trait among business owners?
