Clean Lawn

Well recently I posted that a property manager called when he saw CleanLawn's craigslist post and his lawn care provider had decided to go off to college and asked me for an estimate for two different rental business' properties. One of them had 4 properties all small sizes, the other had 7 properties all small sizes with the exception on an empty acre lot. Well we are getting the larger business with the seven properties and the property manager even asked for us to give him an estimate for his personal home and that will be included in the job.
After no response from Merchants after they asked us for a bid (which I had never done before) and I felt confident after talking with a neighbor who owns his own lawn care business that my bid was extremely reasonable for the work I was bidding on. Nothing except that they (Merchants) would look at the bid.
My nieghbor started his lawn care business part time after he finished his teaching job over three years ago and in the past two years he quit teaching to work it full time and his wife quit this past year to work the office end of it for him. When he told me I should do it (start my own lawn care business and never let anyone else tell me I couldn't do it), a close friend and me did just that. It was the end of June/ beginning of July. Nope not long ago at all. We have 6 signed yearly contracts right now and have done about 10 one day jobs and this big account for me, which is small stuff for you big guys is just fricking awesome to me.
I said I would let ya'll know how it turned out and I was kind of nervous because of the whole Merchants thing but I know what we have and we take care of people like we want to be treated if the tables were turned (we make sure of this everytime we step on to a new lawn). Craigslist has been awesome but ya'll on this website rock. You all help out so much I cannot express my gratitude. Thank you thank you thank you.
SOrry I am so excited we got this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
