Two Items at the top of the list are employees and clients with the I.Q. of a grapefruit.

Spending to much with the business. My attitude is that the customer is lucky to have me/ not that I'm lucky to have the customer. So charge a premium price and do less work. But I've come to the point where I'm at the top for pricing and still spending to much time "stuffin the mattress" So I need to cut back on working while still bringing in an income

Paperwork, employees with the IQ of a box of rocks, clients who believe that because they have LOTS of money, they are not required to use common courtesy to my people.

Mostly customers who can not make up their mind. They have a 2 inch trigger for snow so we clear it with 3 inches and get yelled at so then we skip the property when it is only 1.5 inches and get yelled at for not coming! Also those who pay late.

Is the customers who want it cut every three weeks and want to only pay $10. Or the ones who want it cut every two weeks and want their yard better then the ones who get cut once a week.

dead beats who say the check is in the mail, oh I forgot it will be there Monday, or just leave and say nothing. I file small claims if its enough but for the most part I am down about 10K due to deadbeats. (over 6 years)

Right now I'm stressed waiting for the snow to melt...its never fast enough!

Customers not paying on time! Although most do...just a few that really piss me off!

Customers that keep trying to change the date or day of their mowing because they have relatives or someone coming over this weekend!

More to the point!...every other week customers that^^^do the above!

Spring clean-ups I like but can't seem to get finished on time and have to start cutting in between...

Back tracking...you know! When you have already been in that area and have to go back to pick up another lawn or a customer calls you back because my GUYS ARE MISSING STUFF WITH THE TRIMMER!!! Right after told them not to.
