Whats the best edger?

Hey guys,

I have a lawn maintenance client one of my first actually. He is selling his home and I want to make it look good. An edger is one of the last pieces of equipment I have not bought.

I have been looking at stick edgers. I have Stihl and Kawasaki Trimmers.

It looks like Lowes has an Echo brand Stick edger for just under $200.00. It looks to be the best deal I have seen around. With a 2 year warranty and a 22 CC Motor.. and good reviews I was thinking of getting that, as the best deal for the money.

Any suggestions? I am looking at getting good, but Cant just afford the luxery of dropping more than a couple hundred right now.

I will check the pawn shops though! Thats where I got my nearly new commercial trimmers!

I would still stick with a Stihl. The reason that I say this is because when you buy a homeowner model, if that model is a homeowner one, you will probably have to replace it again within a year or two. So in the long run it's better to drop the money down up front for a good quality one.
