Ive recently started a landscape company and things have been going very well. I have been doing all residential jobs so far but I am looking into getting into the commercial market. I was wondering where you guys find jobs to bid on. Do you find them online, in the local paper, etc? I have looked into being bonded and insured and know what that is going to cost me. ive just got to know hwo to find the jobs to bid on.

Hi Tom,

Great questions. One of the things you can do is go into our free letter section and use the property manager letters. Send them out to commercial properties in your area to get placed on their bid list.

You can also be proactive and go around to these different locations and create a bid for lawn care service or if you see any other landscaping problems they may need corrected and present them with a bid.

Check out this post in my lawn care business blog too.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Also, anyone else that wants to jump in, feel free.
