Easy way to change your avatar

All you need to do is upload your picture to this website Tinypic (http://tinypic.com)

Then you copy the code with the http:// without the {IMG} tag and all you have to do is upload your new picture in your profile

To access your profile, click on Control Panel, then Personnal info then put your code where it says Your avatar (already a link posted.. remove it and add yours) and then click Upload
