Agreement for Granular Fertilizer Application


This is an agreement between Daniel J Bacak Owner of Cutting Edge Lawn Care

Cutting Edge Lawn Care and the customer hereby promise and agree to the following.

Cutting Edge Lawn Care agrees to provide the services detailed in the following

specifications. Fertilization of all turf areas shall be fertilized with a granular slow

release fertilizer for Winterizing Lawn. Fertilizer will be swept off of walks and drives

onto lawns or beds. The cost for this service will be $_ Customer agrees that the cost for

the above service is $ .

You want to explain what services you are going to offer and what you are responsible for doing as well as what the customer is responsible for.
