Ima newbie!!!

This site is great!
I am starting up a lawn care business soon and this site is helping on my recearch a lot. Already posted in the new business area with a question (check it out).

Anyway I'm in southern Illinois, 34 years old and a very hard worker and very dedicated to doing this new business start up thing. All the help I can get will surely be appreciated and I will surelly return the favor when I am a seasoned lawncare owner/operator.

What got you interested in starting your own business? Have you ever ran your own business in the past?

Never truely ran my own business before.
I was a production manager for about 10 years and a freight train conductor for about 5.
I know I can make it on my own without having to depend on another company to sign my check. Life is too short to be a number for all of it.
