Timing!!! For Advertising

I know this has probably been discussed more than enough for most, but since I'm new help me out. As I am located in southwest MI, I want to put ad in paper early for spring clean ups and such. I was planning on doing this the 1st of March. Good time??

It really depends on your area I guess. Sometimes doing it too early is not good, while other times doing it too late is not good either.
