How can I get a Logo Created for my business? I have a long name and it seems like they are all for short ones.

Hello Bill,

Did you have a design in mind that is available from the gopher logo designs? Or would you like something fresh? What are your thoughts on this?

I am not sure, we just use our name now, so anything would have to be an improvement! LOL
We have been using our name with a plow truck on one side and zero turn mower on the other... but that is not really good for clothing, or truck signs...we just use our names on those.

I have a logo which is nothing more than the company name presented in a snazzy fashion. I would like to add my tag line underneath it; however, I am unable to do so. Rather than tucking the tag line underneath the company name, it is as if the "enter button" is hit a few times leaving the tag line underneath a few spaces. It looks out of place.

I have also picked through the free logo templates and found a simple yet attractive logo. My problem is I am not capable of "merging" my logo with the template. I would have to place my company name on top of the template. They are obviously two seperate items.

Any help with the above would be great.

Dan

Here is a simple upgrade to what you probably have right now.

Let me know if you want to go more logoish.

I would like a logo designed please? I, too have been using my name but plan to expand and look more professional. My new name will be Emerald Outdoor Services. A celtic/Irish theme. Thank you!

I was thinking something more like a logo, that people would see and recognize. That is the best one I have seen yet, you do great work!

I cannot take all of the credit. I took a tiger design and just added your name and did some altering. I will work on an original concept for you.

ritchiem:

I recently sent you an email regarding a logo design. I am giving you the reigns to the sleigh on this. If you are content working with the current design, so be it. If you would like to recreate it (or something), so be it. http://www.gophergraphics.com/forum/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Well, I am thinking of changing our shirts this year to this color:
http://www.companycasuals.com/barefoo....tId=625 (http://www.companycasuals.com/barefootsportswear/b.jsp?id=470&prodimage=imglib/catl/29M_SafetyGreen_Flat_Front_FS06.jpg&swatch=Safety+Green&parentId=625)
Do you think it would look good on the back full sized, and small on the front? My other ones were forest green, with white embroidery.

I can change the colors to match anything...let me know if you want different colors.

Do you think that would look good on a hat? Can you send it to me, I want to print it out, maybe full size to see what it would look like on back of a shirt too...

I had a quick question regarding logos, i see on the gopher site i can view multiple logo designs which were already created for a business. I also noticed if you click on the logo it opens up a seperate window with the blank logo (without the company name, etc..) Can we take these blank logos and add out own company names to them? Or is that copyright infringement since someone else has that logo? Is there a fee that would have to be paid in order for me to use the logo template?

ok, where do I go from this point? do I take this to a local shop to blow up? what I want to do is send it to a shirt maker and have a shirt made, to see what I think... when I blow it up, the circle gets all distorted, and so do the words...is there something special I do to it now?

Hey Bill,

I'll send you the source file tonight...that way you can take it to a print shop and they can resize it as needed without quality loss.

I am brand new to this forum. Do people on here do logos for free or is there a fee involved? I am not very well versed on a computer so I have no idea how to get one of the gopher logos to download as a file that can be edited. Perhaps someone can help me?

Billz
02-07-2006, 09:00 PM
well, they help for free, and what I will do, is when I am looking for other services, I will purchase them from the ones who helped me! That way it isnt a waste of their time, we help each other.

Hi Indy2tall,

Remember if you have a graphics program. YOu can download any of the logo backgrounds and then put in your company text and phone number. That was the basic idea behind having all the templates up online.

And welcome to the forum http://www.gophergraphics.com/forum/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
