I have a customer who is buying a pallet of St Augustine sod. He wants me to cut & plug his lawn with the St. Augustine sod. Should I charge him by the hour or a flat rate? What should I charge for this?
Thanks in advance.

That is a first for me. I would charge him by the hour. Seems like in the long run, it would cost him more to do this though.

If you haven't done it before, charge by the hour. Can't go wrong.
