This is a situation that just occured to me. I am not going to tell you what I did until I get some replys. But I am curious as what others would do.
Situation: A customer decided to pre-pay for fertilization services for the 2007 season. You give her a price and stop over to pick up the check.
Problem: When you get home you realize that something isn't right. You forgot to give her a 5% pre-payment discount. So she overpaid by $15.
Question: Would you inform her of the error and tell her that she will be getting a refund/credit? or Do you figure that she will not notice it anyways and keep the extra money?
