Lawn vs Snow

Let's say that you are maintaing a snow removal customer, and you would really like to get them for lawn maintenance. The only reason that you are maintaining him still with the snow removal get him as a customer.

What would you honestly do though if he told you flat out that he is not interested in your lawn maintenance? Would you drop him as a snow removal customer? Would you give him an option; either use you for lawn, or kiss your snow removal gone?

What would you guys do?

I'd be inclined to keep him as a plowing customer if he pays his bill, doesn't complain, and isn't too far out of the way.

Give him a few business cards even though he isn't interested in having his lawn mowed. He might make a referrel or two for you or change his mind at some point.
