What would you say your average lawn care customer pays in total throughout the lifetime of them being your customer?

I say the average per year would be $2,000.

I'm just starting a lawn service, how well do door hangers work?
Any advice would be appreciated. I have 12 contracts now and need to grow more in the spring.

How well do door hangers work? Well it seems the average response is about 1 - 2%. But the more people you meet as you hand out your door hangers, the better your chances are of making a connection and signing up a new customer.

What have you done thus far to attract your customers?
