All eyes will be on this town in Canada.

First real tests of city's pesticide bylaw expected this summer (http://www.insidetoronto.ca/to/scarborough/story/3487609p-4029105c.html?loc=scarborough) - If you're still spraying pesticides on dandelions, start looking over your shoulder.

Toronto's pesticide bylaw has reached the stage where property managers and lawn-care companies can be charged and fined for using herbicides, insecticides or fungicides.

In February, a court levied the first fines - three at $255 each - against a company who broke the bylaw in East York and North York.

If they want to ban some pesticides that is fine by me, the most pesticides are very important.
