Logo conversion to Vector Format?

Can anyone help me with converting my logo from a MS Publisher format to a Vector format such as Adobe Illustrator. I have the logo made, but I don't have any way of converting it over. Please help if you can. Attached is my logo in .pub format. I can convet it into another format such as jiff , jpeg ,bitmap etc. All the formats in publisher. From what I understand is that Adobe Illustrator C2 will convert files.
