What's your view on getting employees by posting on craig's list?

Here is a example of what I found on there.

Good or bad idea?

Quote[/b] ]Small cleaning and lawn care company seeking responsible person to assist my laboring manager with misc jobs. This opportunity is part time and the work is subcontracted (1099ed, basically what that means is that we don't tax your check). Please email with your resume and availability. This is a great weekend job to help make some money, hours will be between 5-40 a month depending on demand. Wages are paid depending on how hard the labor of that particular job but will not pay any less than $9.00 an hour. Must have your own transportation, a valid driver's license, car insurance; must be able to provide proof.

Tasks an employee might be doing:
Mowing Lawns
Pulling Weeds
Trimming Trees
Picking Up Trash
Tearing out carpet
Help with advertising (to include passing out flyers or posting flyers, etc.)

There are tons of things we do and I cannot think to list them all. If you have any questions please email me.
