Hi everyone,
I was just thinking of all the possible customers that I can still get before the spring season finally sets in. ( the weather is still snowy and cold here) I've already got numerous flyers to houses and also posted all around town. I'm also thinking about a small newspaper ad.
ANYWAYS, LOL i was thinking about Real Estate customers. Last year i had it in with a real estate firm in town and they lined me out with numerous jobs in many different houses. They would pay me for maintenance that would hopefully make the house more likely to sell and then charge the seller for our services. It worked out great. http://www.gophergraphics.com/forum/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
I was just wondering what you guys think about this? Should i advertise for the actual owner/seller of the house and they pay for the services. I remember seeing a template or something of a flyer that said like "Do you want to sell your house faster" or whatever and it offered the seller to prepay a year or some time period for our services in hope to sell their house easy and quicker. this is one idea.
OR i can market towards the actual real estate firm. I could send letters to the firm and THEY would hire me and then charge the seller with whatever they owed us.
Tell me what you guys think. Has anyone had any experience with marketing towards home sellers and real estate firms? I would really appreciate any advice! thanks http://www.gophergraphics.com/forum/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
