Hi,

I have just started out in the grass cutting business. * I was wondering how do you measure for a mulch job? How do you measure the beds? If I am at a customers house and they want to know how much mulch will they need how do I walk a house to measure for mulch? *I know where to buy it and how much to charge but I am not sure how to estimate how many square yards I will need? *Can anyone help me on how to estimate per job?

I usually just measure out the square footage then use 4 inches as the depth to work it out into cubic yards...I don't remember the exact conversions though, it's been a while.
