I was coming back from Seattle last night and I was following a guy in a real nice Mercedes Benz. After a ways he got over and turned right. At the intersection where I was stopped at there was a Money Tree to the right. Money Tree is a cash advance, payday loan place. A bad thing to get stuck in. I've been there.

I look over and the guy in the Benz pulls into the parking lot of the money tree. Gets out and goes inside. He was dressed all nice and had his girl was with him to. This was about 9 at nine night.

He could have been buying stamps but I doubt it.

You would think that would be one of the last places a guy driving a Mercedes Benz would be going. To get a payday loan. Aren't people that drive those suppose to be doing pretty good financially?
Well maybe not.

So the point of the story is when you see the guys driving around in their new trucks and new mowers and all that new stuff gives you that feeling inside; its not always what it seems. More than likely that guy is well over his head in debt. I know not all are but i would bet most.

I just thought I would share this for some of the new business owners.

Hi Rob!

Very good insight! This is very true and I personally know of a bunch of people in this same boat.

It's fascinating as you keep your eyes open to such stories more seem to appear and as you said things are not always what they appear to be!
