First snow fall this year!

Expect an accumulation of 1 to 4 inches, mostly falling this morning and tapering to sprinkles and flurries this afternoon. Today's high will be in the upper 30s with northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

The weather service says most snow accumulations across that region will be limited to grassy surfaces. Motorists are advised to use caution.

Oooo...I'm so jealous.

I bought my tickets over the weekend to visit friends in Poughkeepsie, NY during some December downtime. I hope I get to see snow too. We have a few snow mobiles lined up if it's deep enough.
