I watched the program last night about Starbucks. That is a pretty good story. What is amazing is how he treats employees. For example, even part time employees can get health insurance.

Yea he does stand out with the way he treats his employees. It's outstanding.

It was not bad. I wish some more of the operation was focused on as well. The insides

Yea I agree. All too often, the real guts of the operations are never talked about. It doesn't really help a business owner when they just gloss over things.
