Just recently Fortune magazine printed a spotlight on Super Fast Pizza.
They have created these custom vans that take orders and cook the pizza in the van. The vans are officially licensed as restaurants. I think this concept has potential, what do you think? Would you do something like this if you were looking for another investment opportunities? Why or why not?
