Does anyone have info on Profit Faucet Marketing?

I found an article that had profit faucet marketing in it but I have searched for info on net and seems no one will share the concept for FREE. Does anyone have info on this? Has anyone tried it? Let me know, I feel like the kid standing outside the circle(let me in).
