Local family hockey tournament coming up in next weekend.

And I decided to put a new add in the hockey program (where they have the teams and the rules and the schedule)

Any opinions would be appreciated

I don't know much about hockey. Can you tell us a little about this event? What will go on? How many people do you expect to be there? Will they all be local participants?

This hockey tournament has been going on for 32 yrs and it's all the local family that get together to watch some hockey.. most of the families make reunions out of it.... pretty fun weekend to get together

There's been about 100 to 120 teams.. depends on the years in the hockey tournament...

Starts every 2nd weekend of february at 6 pm and the last game is usually at 1 am or 2 am depending on how many teams. Finsihes on Sunday afternoon around 5 pm... i've seen the tournament so late before we were still at the arena at 7 pm on Sunday because they were still playing hockey....

I hope I answered your questions

I can't wait.. i'm also timekeeper for the weekend (the guy that runs the clock and the scoresheet) http://www.gophergraphics.com/forum/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I was thinking, can you come up with maybe a prize you could give the MVP of the team? Could you give them some kind of lawn care prize you could present to them at the end of the game? Or maybe even present them with a trophy and a free X amount of cuts?

Would that help get you more exposure?

You should take some pictures of the event and show that you sponsored it on your website. I'd also like to see what this event looks like!

Oh and a picture of the hockey program! http://www.gophergraphics.com/forum/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
