Christmas Tree Removal Marketing

Thanks to Casey Shields for bringing up this idea.

I put together a flyer where you could promote your Christmas tree removal service and possibly offer the service for free if the customer signs up for an annual lawn care service contract or they could simply pay a one time fee of $25.

What's your thoughts on this idea?

Most of the cities around where I live remove them for free. Just put them out by the curb and they'll pick them up.

I think there are some communities that won't pick them up.

Is that the case with anyone else?

There are quite a few rivers and lakes in my area. The local fishing clubs accept trees for free. They submerge them in fishing areas to improve cover and habitat for specific species of fish.

This saves any disposal fee and provides environmental benefits rather than just turning the tree into mulch.
