i have figured if u have a myspace account and are advertising your business.

KEEP posting bulletins continously. I post atleast 1 a week to keep them seeing the business name. Here is one of mine

I like the personal connection I think leaving comments has verses sending out a bulletin...going to save sending bulletins for more generic stuff like newsletters and such...

i have over 300 friends pending as of right now- just went down my citys zip code and started adding people one by one,lol

just did start marketing though the bulletin- have to do it continously to keep it in people heads,lol

also do comments

That's exactly what I did / am doing, Matt... just adding everyone in my surrounding area... then when you send out your bulletins, everyone in your area gets it.... FREE ADVERTISING.... can ya beat that?

Has anyone been keeping track as to how many responses you are getting from myspace vs craigslist?

They are both free.

To date, I've gotten about 3200 hits from MySpace, and only 73 from Craigslist. I've even gotten a couple of hits from http://mail.getterdonelawncare.com.... which perplexes me, because not only do I not know anyone with an email address that ends in "@getterdonelawncare", but http://www.getterdonelawncare.com doesn't even exist.

my hits and friends are growing alot day by day on myspace. But like i have said i go down each zip code and start adding people, they are accepting my requests.

Also once they have me on there list, and i post bulletins continously, they will hopefully notice me around town.

I have some of my trucks in the pics area, and jobs i have done, also pics of me and jessie, so they know who they are dealing with
