I've been looking on lawncare marketing magic.com and I want to get one of his programs or marketing packages.
Has anyone on here purchased one to give some feedback. They all sound great but he's got so many to choose from and some of them sound the same?
I bought one off the internet a long time ago from a completley different person when I first started and it was definiftely not worth the $70.00 I paid for it.
So I was just seeing if anyone wanted to comment about Chestin's packages.
I only want to spend around $70.00 again and maybe even Chestin himself can give me some feedback.

If you guys get his email newsletter, what do you think about his "Champions Circle" program?

My view is, if there is one place small business owners drop the ball it is with marketing. No one seems to like it and it always seems to be the last thing done.

If you can get Chestin to help you with your marketing, you will be so much further ahead of the game than the average lawn care business owner.

Have you thought about where you need the most help with your marketing?

Since I just started last May I'm sure I need help in all areas of my marketing. I'm going to have a website made pretty soon after I change my name.
Its easy to put a ad in the paper and put alot of flyers out. That was good for having business all season. But I want my business to grow huge. Slowly though, not overnite.

FourSeasons,

I'll have to let other's speak to what they think about my programs/packages but I'd like to think they're unlike anything else you'll find.

From other stuff I've seen out there, when it comes to marketing, most tell you what you should do, but they don't tell you why or how to do it. And unfortunately, a lot of what they tell you to do is the same ol', tired, 'me too' type marketing done by most struggling businesses. They don't give you any meaningful specifics to help you not only grow your business but also BECOME A BETTER MARKETER.

Those are the goals of my programs, grow your business and become a better/smarter marketer.

I appreciate the comment and I am in the process of trying to streamline things and make them a little less confusing.

As for what I would recommend based on where you are and what you're trying to achieve, I'd suggest the Champion's Circle and there are several reasons why.

First, at $29.95/mo (assuming you get in during the BETA phase) the amount of usable material AND education you'll be getting is an absolute steal. I'll be including pieces of ALL my programs so instead of trying to decide which one you think you should invest in, you'll get a test of all of them.

Second, each month you'll get different marketing campaigns handed to you. And these aren't the same tired ol' campaigns most people are used to. These campaigns are based on time-tested, proven marketing principles that flat out work.

Finally, with the jump-start tele-seminar, monthly tele-seminars, and call-in days you'll be able to participate in, you'll have my help to build a solid, profitable marketing machine.

Again, I'll let others comment on my programs, and hopefully soon I'll have some Champion's Circle members that are willing to share their experiences and thoughts.

I'd like to hear some examples of the marketing campaigns your talking about? Does the pricing include everything associated with each and every campaign or would there be hidden costs, like the cost of newspaper ads, postcards and printing materials, mailing lists, and postage? Or are we talking about an all inclusive program here? May I see some examples?

Thanks

If you're not already on my email list, I highly recommend getting on it. When you sign up, I start off by sending you 7 specific ideas to help improve your marketing. Then, I typically send a few emails each week with ideas, suggestions, and sometimes specific things you can do to market your business better.

No, the program does not include ad costs, costs of printing materials, purchasing mailing lists, and postage. Just like you, I'm in business to make a profit. If I included all those things for a measly $30/mo I wouldn't be in business long.

When you join the Champion's Circle, it's like hiring a marketing consultant to work on your staff. I'll provide all the insight, direction, and advice on how to become the dominant player in your market, but you're responsible for all the costs and implementation associated with making things happen.

You'll also have all the tools and materials you need, but again, it's your responsibility to IMPLEMENT things. I'll do everything I can to keep you on track, but the ultimate responsibility to take action is yours.

I really don't show too many examples, mostly because the value I add is in my ability to create winning marketing campaigns. If I had a bunch of examples for people to copy, again, I wouldn't be in business long.

However, I may consider showing an example of two. In fact, maybe Steve could help me find it, but I posted an example of a flyer some time ago.

If he can't find it, I'll try to post something you can see.

Oh, I didn't see it only costs $30/Month, all I saw was the packages that cost $200 or more. I will get on your email list and might give it a try soon.

Chestin,
I like your Champions Circle, but how are you going to meet everyone's needs since some of us are at different phases of our business?
When it comes to marketing I'm am definitely a beginner other than the obvious ad in the paper and flyers. (which acually worked well for me)
So would you suggest to wait off on purchasing one of your beginner marketing programs and give the Champions Cirle a try instead?

Thanks for your help.

The great thing about marketing is that the principles are the same no matter the size of the business, the industry it's in, or even if you're marketing B2C or B2B. Sure, the approach might be slightly different, but the principles are the same.

So, how will I meet everyone's needs? First off, you'll have access to resources that you'll be able to edit for your individual business. All the elements will be present, but it will be up to you to determine the the specifics that fit your business.

Second, because the principles are the same, when I advise a large client you'll be able to do the exact same thing, just on a smaller scale.

Third, with the forum, priority email access, and monthly call-in days I'll be able to help you with your specific challenges.

My goal with this really is to provide an environment that provides both resources AND expert advice simultaneously. I feel pretty safe in saying you could ask anyone that's worked with me or even just chatted with me on the phone that I try my best to give you meaningful, specific advice and suggestions. It will be the same here. I'll do everything I can to help your specific business.

I guess the answer to this one really depends, but if I were on the other side, I'd definitely invest in the Champ's Circle instead of one of the packages. Mostly because of the ongoing support and advice that's included. Plus, each month you'll get a new marketing campaign you can implement. Not to mention the aforementioned call-in days.

I look at it this way, worst case scenario, you sign up for one month at $29.95 and you get a newsletter template you can use to create your own monthly newsletter, a marketing campaign, a referral marketing strategy, 25 different letter templates, 4 different audio programs, and a whole bunch of other stuff I'll be adding in the next few weeks.

At the very least, after the 1st month you'll know AT LEAST twice as much about marketing as 90% of your competition. Not a bad way to kick start your business. ;-)

Chestin,
On your site you have 2 prices-
silver - 20
platinum- 97
Which level the 29.95. I read thru most of it but you have so much on there to read I don't know where i saw the 29.95 part at.
I think i'm gonna sign up and try it out pretty soon.

Rob,

The $29.95 is a special price I'm running for the first 25 people that sign up for the $97 level. Because the site is just starting out, I want to get some people to help me get all the bugs worked out AND make improvements to it.

After a few months, I'll move the price up to the regular $97, but for everyone that joins at the $29.95 level, that will be your price for as long as you maintain an active membership.

I know there's a lot to read, but I needed to make sure I explained everything thoroughly. If you want to know what's included, just click on the 'Just the Facts Ma'am'
link you should see near the top.
