Ideas for a new Logo

I am in the market of a new Logo.

Company name you will see from pictures I provide. I will detail further information at the end.

Pic of our Tshirts with Logo and wording design we have been using for several years. One other color scheme on our shirts is that the shirts are a washed out pale green with the green shown is white.

What I am looking for is a logo for use on our website, advertisements, business cards, brochures and so on. Possible use on trucks, If not the trucks then trailer.

Keep in mind the colors have to handle a black, white, tan, light green background. Though we can adjust colors as necessary for our purposes.

Can use the company name in full or just use Genesis with layout to indicate our line of work.

Keep in mind when designing what Genesis stands for and represents. ( beginning, origin, creation, etc...) But will have to relate to Nature, Earth, Plants, etc....

Can be concept of modern, classic and old world ideas. Though I am leaning away from modern, but would like to see just a couple of ideas you all may have.

Any more info you need let me know.

All are great layouts.
Now I have an idea. Wondering if you all like the concept and possibly do something with it.

The " I " in genesis what if the dot of the eye was kinda like a bursting bouguet of flowers. Possible? and anything else you can come up with for the rest. If not a bouguet, then what about the possibility of the " I " being a budding flower of sorts. Just a thought.

3 leaves or so.........Green - Yellow - Orange
Wording.........Light green with a dark green shadow. Like the way my truck lettering is on page 1

Leaf is Great...........Black I can do without. Need to change lettering clolors to green, like I describe above if possible. This may mean having to change leaf color?

If those modifications can be done....I would greatly appreciate it........and we will move on from there.

I now have a match lit under my ***, cause I need a logo so that I can complete a website that has been in developement a little longer than when we first started this logo.:blush: And get the design so screen printing and stitching can be done on assorted work apparel.

#677.........the Landscaping word shows much better........lets work with that one.........Lets try a change of leaf color keeping the green veins......please try - yellow - and do you have a cream? or a tan?


#678, 79 and 80 are much better, though the box affect of 80 won't work to well. So.........lets work with the 678 and 679............I am liking the 4 leaves.......can we do starting from the left green, yellow, orange, brown. And is there perhaps another font that will give you the width you need but allow shadowing like #677?...........678 is nice but I feel to much dark green around "GENESIS"........679 the black is ok.......would like to see after the leave change.

XRay check out the 2 links........that big leaf you did is very similar to those plants.........When I first saw your design those plants are the first things I thought of..........See what you can do with the leaf based on the links I provided..........I am not asking for anything to intricate but something that would resemble pretty much as you did. And that can be reproduced in vinyl lettering on trucks, silk screening and stitching.

687 looked like I had that on the trucks already....which is a good thing........only difference is font of Genesis which is fine and the leaves. Can you do me one time........change the font to Times New Roman....thanks.

The others I like the yellow highlights. I just like the openness of 687.

690 is very cool......:D

704 or 705 can the Leaf green border be a little wider and then change the inside leaf color to red and a dark pink ?
