Basic flyer that worked

Here is a real basic and simple flyer that was emailed to me by a friend who signed up for these lcos to service his lawn.

So often we all try to make things so complex and complicated. Discounts, freebies, giveaways and then a lawn care operator comes along and hands out this flyer and they land the job.

What's your take? Does this fall under Keep It Simple?

These guys may actually want to really work and not take customers for granted
