Unfortunately,ALL WRONG.Three inches is fine for fescue,in the summertime,but bermuda,zoysia,centipede,st augustine,all need to be cut differently,and NOT at 3inches.
The ad says Lone Star Lawns,so I'm guessing it's in Texas.Not too much fescue over there I'd imagine.
