Chestin is always saying how important it is to keep in contact with your customers monthly and here Ned is doing just that.

man turkeys are ugly...I cannot believe we eat them. I stay in touch with my clients regularly through email. I put together a newsletter now and then as well. Right now we are getting our Christmas card list together.
