insted of having a photo slide show, it would be nice to click on pics that I want to see rather then sit and watch every pic. You have alot of information...alot...on your site. It is a can be a little distracting. I am not a fan of the yahoo.com search bar on there at all (but thats my opinion).

Take care,

Steve

Hi turfboy,

What were the main elements you changed in your new update from your old site?

Richard thanks for your comments, yes there is indeed alot on there. Thanks. I had a smaller google before, but I put yahoo on instead, because more people use that. Regarding the photo slideshow GREAT idea, I will have to get that together and put that on my photo gallery page.

What were the main elements you changed in your new update from your old site?
Thanks for your question.
The big change is the new Commercial Accounts (http://lvlm.com/commercial.htm) section we added for our commercial clients, we even put a page deditcated for those who want to place their Work Order (http://lvlm.com/workorder.htm) online instead of having to fax it in. Similar to our Schedule Estimate Online Page (http://lvlm.com/freeestimate.htm) on our residential side, which I am proud to say we are the only ones in Vegas that use that feature and people love it.
On the residential side we added a Terms (http://lvlm.com/terms.htm) page so everyone can see our business terms, we changed out our Services (http://lvlm.com/services.htm) page and links associated with it, and have finally completed my Site Map (http://lvlm.com/sitemap.htm) for the entire site.
There was alot of other little changes too, such as the slideshow on the home page was just a square box before and I created the border around it to mach the other pictures.

That pretty much some that up.

Best Regards,
Ryan William Bentz

yes, but make sure your images are not too large in file size, I am on 3 mb/s cable and it took awhile to download. It would be better if you had the images as thumbnails (or a bit bigger) and the user could click on the photo they want to view and it would come up in a new window fit to the picture.

It can get real frustrating if a visitor has to wait for images to load. If you need help putting in some javascript or lowering the file sizes let me know.

Thanks, I already know how to do that I choose not too, on the main page my slideshow is one example it has been optimized, but I inform everyone that if you want to access my site you better have 5+mbs. But thanks for the advice. I have 5+mbs and it loaded quick for me.
