This tool is highly effective if you have a high volume website, or just alot of visitors to your site, I have been using this for a month now and alot of my clients use this to ask questions....Its pricy but worth it if you have ton of visitors to your site, more than 100 per day I would think.

I think when I signed up it was $99.00 per month for the basic service, I paid three months and it cost me $249.00 so saved maybe $50.00 for buying 3 months at once, not sure if thats there three month rate or if it was just a special. That price is per operator. It relatively easy to set up as well. Very professional service though thats why I highly recomend it.
