Questions about quickbook link

When exchanging information to quickbooks from gopher, it didn't seem that all of the info was there, some it worked fine on. Is the problem in the setup of the customers, maybe not all are entered the same.

Only the invoices and payments that fall within the specified date range (set on the export screen) are sent to Quickbooks. Is it possible you used a date range that didn't include all of the desired items?
