default job type

I know its a little thing, but is there a way to assign a default job schedule type for different services. IE, Simple for mowings, Series for fertilizing, One Time for leaf cleanups, mulching, etc.?

No, you can only set a global default type value that applies to all new jobs. But that's a good idea!
