Reports question

I was wondering if any of the gopher programs offer a report to quickly show income/expense to date? I want to keep a close eye on profit and expense percentages next year and I want a program where I can do a weekly or bi-weekly report to check this.

I'm pretty sure quickbooks does this, would it be better to just use quickbooks and the basic gopher program together?

Gopher does not have a report right now that shows income vs. expense.
