Daily invoice

I have some customers who like to pay every week for lawn service. Sometimes these customers are not home and owe me for service. I would like to print a invoice that day and keep it with me to remind me next week that they still owe.
What is the best way to go about this? is there a better way to keep track of this

You can complete the jobs that day for the customer and then print out the invoice.
