Job not showing up on printed job list

What would make, and how do I rectify the following: I have a customer that is on Thursday's roster, they show up to be mowed on 8/24/06, and they show up on 8/24/06 under build dates, but when I preview the mowing list using the PRINT button, they are nowheres to be found. They show up on 8/17/06 and 8/31/06. If they do not show on 8/24/06, I am concerned that the income for the week will be off when I click COMPLETED JOBS.
