If you would like to email your invoices to customers you can print your invoices to a pdf file and then email the pdf file as an attachment.
When you print your invoice or estimate, choose a Report Destination of File
This will create a pdf file of your print out that you can attach to your email.
Do you have to have acrobat to do this?

I don't think you need it to create the files, but you will need it to view them. Adobe Acrobat is a free download.
i'm having problems to set-up emailing the invoices I tried following your Icon about change over to adobe acrobat. Please give step by step instuctions

Print your invoices like you normally would, except when you see the "output options" screen, change the setting from "Printer" to "File" and set the format to Adobe Acrobat (PDF). If you don't see this option it means that you just need to download the latest "Gopher Update" from:
Found this thread using the Search function. However, after saving the estimate or invoice in PDF, there is no mention of where to look for it in the computer to attach to the email I want to send. Pls. advise.

You choose where you save the file.
After careful inspection of the window where you choose to save to a PDF file I see the disk icon to be clicked to save the file. I pushed the OK button where it is automatically saved under the Gopher folder which is found in the Program Files section of the C drive.
